摘 要：tying和obviousness是知识产权领域非常常用和重要的概念，然而，我国的法律英汉词典及知识产权词典几乎未涉及这两个英文术语，对其中文译名的研究也不深入，结果理解不透彻及不准确，出现不可译现象。本文在解析其内涵的基础上，探讨中文译法，为法律英语词典编篡及法律英语专门术语研究提供借鉴。

An Analysis of Chinese Translated Legal Terms of “tying law” and “law of obviousness”

Abstract: tying andobviousness are two very important terms in intellectual property. However, there seem no entries for them in the English-Chinese dictionaries of law and intellectual property, and the research on their Chinese translated terms has not been done deeply as well. As a result, the understanding of the two terms is vague and inaccurate. This essay will approach the Chinese translation of the two terms on the basis of the analysis of their meanings for reference to the compilation of law dictionaries and the research on English legal terms.
