原文：另，乙方已知或应知其交易对象将授权产品作赠品使用时，应即停止继续贩卖授权产品予该交易对象。

译文：Furthermore, Party B shall stop selling the Licensed Products to a trading counterparts, when Party B knows or ought to have known that it is offering the Licensed Products as giveaways.

我觉得 “knows or ought to have known ” 应该改为 “knows or should know" 或者 ”has known or should know“，因为 ”should have know“ 的意思是”本应该知道却不知道“，原句是台湾律师翻译的，不知道我的想法对不对，没办法向他求证，希望大家给点意见，嘿嘿，有点吹毛求疵了。
